Afterwards, I was able to speak to these wonderful women. I shared my journey with one woman. I explained that it was my husband that gave me the courage and encouraged me to quit my full-time corporate job and pursue fitness full throttle. And then she asked the question...
Gym Class Etiquette_Schedule for Week of September 18, 2016
Although, we had our laughs today, there was some noticeable missing faces. Faces that have been missing for a month, a couple of weeks and just today. I knew what these people were missing: injury, car accident, strong workout yesterday... The Cowboy Game. Then, there was one face that I hadn't seen in a week. The last time I spoke with this person, she had a disturbing encounter in the gym. Was this keeping her from the gym? I was a little frustrated and wanted to post some etiquette rules.
How Can YOU Help? Schedule for Week of September 12, 2016
This week I have handed over my blog to a very special lady. She is a regular in my classes and always makes me laugh. Whether it is the faces that she gives me because she is working to her limit or her contagious smile, I look forward to seeing her (and frown inside when she isn't there). Last week she shared something with me and she has allowed me to share with all of you:

Naps, Carbs and Trash TV_Schedule for the Week of August 15, 2016
Naps.... Naps, carbs and trash TV. That is mostly what my staycation consisted. Don't get me wrong, we had some great family bonding time, but there was a great deal of naps, carbs and trash TV. I know the hubby fully embraced staycation mode when he actually crawled into our bed to take a nap instead of just taking a 20 minute cat nap on the couch. This was on day two of staycation.
Staycation_Schedule for Week of August 7, 2016
It's that time! Staycation have officially started. Guess what? I didn't make it! I was at my husband's company event that is held every year for family and I began talking about work! Face - to - palm. FAIL! One of the employees at the venue mentioned that it looked as I worked out and blah, blah, blah we began talking shop. His wife is a group exercise director for a popular gym chain in the South Dallas area. After a few minutes, I found myself looking around for hubby as I realized I just broke our number one staycation rule. Oopsie!

The Troll_Schedule for the Week of July 25, 2016
Nevertheless, our friend “self-doubt” still creeps in whenever the need arises for us to challenge ourselves. In class, I refer to in as that ugly little troll that sits on your shoulder; feeding you lies of doubt.
