So much has happened this week and I have been trying to keep everyone up to date.  I didn't want to overwhelm my social media accounts; so I have been trying to spread the news throughout the week, but I still have been unable to share everything.  We should be able to get you all caught up today!

Take a Bite Out of Burpees October Challenge

Ghouls, goblins, Slender Man.... October is when are the scary stuff comes out; so it is the perfect time to pull out the BURPEES! What better time to face your fears? The burpee, like the push up, is a full body workout. However, after a few sets, your legs should feel a little bit like lead! With each rep, you will work your arms, chest, quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and abs. Would you rather face a clown in a dark alley or 25 sets of burpees?

Why Wait Until New Years? Schedule for September 5, 2016

Change is coming. Change is inevitable. Whether it is the seasons (hello cooler temps and changing of the leaves) or something bigger; CHANGE HAPPENS! Recently I decided to invoke change based upon the inspiration of some of my students, clients and colleagues. I saw how they were bettering themselves and I was asking myself, "Am I the BEST version of myself that I can be?"

What Comfort Zone? Schedule for the Week of July 4, 2016

I remembered what I tell my students, "Change comes outside of your comfort zone." If I am not able to live up to that, how do I expect my students to do the same? It wasn't easy. Finding the right way to learn the way to teach this format was the hardest part. Thankfully, I found a great mentor in my friend Alisa Lofton. She helped me find the right way to capture a pattern for me.
