When we started the Masterclass, immediately I had a HUGE smile on my face! I kept thinking, "Why didn't I do this earlier? What kept me from doing this?" It put the above aspects and bottled it into one format. HAPPINESS!!
I know what you are thinking.... "I'm just one person. I can't make a change." Unfortunately, the wrong people don't think so. They are making the wrong type of change to our world. We need to be the positive change that we want to see in the world. live the lifeInstead of talking or worse COMPLAINING about it, you have to DO SOMETHING.
I remembered what I tell my students, "Change comes outside of your comfort zone." If I am not able to live up to that, how do I expect my students to do the same? It wasn't easy. Finding the right way to learn the way to teach this format was the hardest part. Thankfully, I found a great mentor in my friend Alisa Lofton. She helped me find the right way to capture a pattern for me.
Do you look at exercise as a punishment or a reward? When I am asked how to start an exercise regimen, I always tell people to start with a program that people will enjoy... So exercise doesn't feel like "exercise."

We are faced with challenges and Dr. Seuss encourages us to find the determination within ourselves to face those challenges and come out successful.
I cannot remember the last time I left one of my classes without smiling. Is it because I love what I do... Sure! However, I also see how it affects the lives of the people who attend the classes. Relationships are formed, beginners get stronger, lives are transformed, people find their voices.... Literally!
