While I was deciding whether or not there would be an April workout, I was speaking to one of my wonderful students. I discussed how I was planning on "working on myself" like I promised one of my doctor's. She suggested that we make it an upper body workout so that this time they can hold me accountable. I loved the idea.

My poor baby boy was in tears last night as we were going through his homework because he could not remember what needed to be turned in and what was work that needed to be done at school. That's when I knew it had been way too long since our last meditation session. Yes... My ten-year old meditates. He has actually been doing it for over a year.
You asked for it, and here it is! An ABSolutely awesome ABtastic ABS challenge. There were squats requested and abs requested for June. I found one challenge that I thought, "Oh, yeah! That will get the abs nice and tight!" However, I knew that with my schedule it would be a while before I could post a proper form video and I didn't want my loves getting hurt.
