Springing Forward_Week of 3/13/17

We have all sprung forward and now it is National Nap Day. Who knew? How long does it take for you to adjust to the time change? The good news is, it doesn't have to be a huge inconvenience for you. Here are some tips to help you this week as you adjust.

Wake Up Thankful_Thanksgiving Week Schedule!

What else would I be posting about this week?  Would you expect anything less?  I am so thankful for my students.  They really stepped up to the challenging workouts that I put forth this week.  I am also thankful that I am healthy enough to help out my fellow instructors during this Thanksgiving week, so they may spend time with their families.  This week's schedule has some classes missing, but EXTRA opportunities for us to be together this week!  I am so excited to see some new friends and my regular friends this week.  I hope that you will join me this week.
