Rise and Grind_Schedule for the Week of October 31, 2016

Hey friends!  It’s the big week!  Are you ready to jumpstart your mornings?   This week we start our Tuesday and Thursday morning 5:30 classes in Allen!  I’m so excited to start my morning with you all…  I may need to invest in some Starbucks for this month, but I promise you, we are going to have a great time!  Why?

There is no reason for you to put off your workout until later in the day.  Exercise before your brain, and body, knows what is going on…  And before your DAY gets the better of you.  During my evening classes, I urge my students to let go of the day’s stresses.  When you work out in the morning, you can start your day off with that good mood to battle the day ahead.  There are many times that I get messages from students that had to stay late at work or that were just too overwhelmed from the day’s activities and just wanted to go home to cuddle with a glass of wine.  By working out first thing in the morning, you can get it out-of-the-way, mark it done and start your day off with a BANG….  You can go the rest of your day knowing that you have accomplished something (even if you don’t do anything else the rest of your day).

forget-calm-rise-and-grindThere is no better way to boost your metabolism for the rest of your day than a butt kicking morning workout.   Of course, this is going to depend upon each individual’s fitness level and the effort that said individual puts forth during the workout.  A morning workout will allow you to burn more calories throughout the rest of the day.  A mid-day workout just won’t give you the same boost.

If you are not an early riser, we will be patient as we get into this new routine together.  With all healthy habits, consistency is key.  We can do this together!  Let’s rise and grind!  Yes or yes?
