Naps, Carbs and Trash TV_Schedule for the Week of August 15, 2016

Naps.... Naps, carbs and trash TV. That is mostly what my staycation consisted. Don't get me wrong, we had some great family bonding time, but there was a great deal of naps, carbs and trash TV. I know the hubby fully embraced staycation mode when he actually crawled into our bed to take a nap instead of just taking a 20 minute cat nap on the couch. This was on day two of staycation.

Staycation_Schedule for Week of August 7, 2016

It's that time! Staycation have officially started. Guess what? I didn't make it! I was at my husband's company event that is held every year for family and I began talking about work! Face - to - palm. FAIL! One of the employees at the venue mentioned that it looked as I worked out and blah, blah, blah we began talking shop. His wife is a group exercise director for a popular gym chain in the South Dallas area. After a few minutes, I found myself looking around for hubby as I realized I just broke our number one staycation rule. Oopsie!

Strong Arm August Challenge

I think that was the mentality that went behind our voters' mindsets when they decided upon arms for this month's challenge. I was pretty excited, but nervous. Other trainers in the group had the same concern as I did. Would this challenge exclude people who don't own weights or don't have a gym membership? Never fail! There is a solution for anyone that may feel they are unable to do this challenge. We have something for EVERYONE:
