Barbell – Excellent for a total body training workout! Lose fat, gain lean body mass while you improve your fitness level. Kick up that self-esteem while we pump up that barbell over our heads, and build a better body!
Boot Camp – Non-military boot camp class using weights, ropes, balls, tires and whatever fun stuff I decide to bring that day. We use circuit training, drills and sometimes games to push our muscles and endurance to the limit. All fitness levels welcome.
Insanity® Live – Work flat-out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It’s called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits so your body has to adapt. That’s how you get in insane shape!
PiYo® Live– Yoga for rebels! Are you looking for the flexibility and movement of yoga, with a little extra “umph”? This is the class for you. Test your boundaries and your strength with this rhythmic, dynamic, total-body workout. This class is set to upbeat and empowering music, you will sweat it out and build stability, strength and flexibility.
P90X® Live– Total-body program that incorporates strength training, cardio, core work and flexibility. It uses the science of “muscle confusion” to constantly challenge your body with new moves and routines so your results never plateaus, and you get in better shape in less time.
Schwinn Cycle – What is better that cycling with a group of friends to great music? Flat roads and hills are simulated as well as sprints and an occasional race! A fantastic way to get your cardio in!
Sculpt – Using dumbbells and body weight, all of your major muscle groups will get a great workout through this class. This isn’t just your lunge, bicep curl circuit. Be prepared for new moves that are sure to challenge you!
Strength Core Balance – Full body workout that incorporates strength, core, flexibility and balance exercises. This class progresses members based upon their fitness levels. We will use chairs, mats, balls, weights and balls. Ages 50+
Tabata Training – Designed by Professor Izumi Tabata for the Japanese Olympic speed skating team, this high intensity interval training workout is designed to get you performing in your fat calorie heart rate zone. Twenty seconds of full-out effort, ten seconds of rest, for four minutes. We will add variety to each class by incorporating strength, cardio and core. You will see results in no time. Modifications are always offered and all fitness levels are always welcome!
Trainer In PINK™ – In home personal training and injury rehab. We bring the gym to you! A comprehensive assessment is done prior to meeting with your trainer so we can come up with the best approach to help you meet your goals in a smart, safe and effective way. We also assist with pre and post rehabilitation patients.
