Whew! I better take my Energize this week! I am so excited for this week’s schedule. We have PiYo Live, we have P90X Live, we have Tabata and even barbell! That’s right… We have it all! I hope to see you this week.
Do you look at exercise as a punishment or a reward? When I am asked how to start an exercise regimen, I always tell people to start with a program that people will enjoy… So exercise doesn’t feel like “exercise.” People have such a negative connotation with this word. Dread. Pain. Or worse… Injury. Let’s change our mindset to CELEBRATION! Let’s celebrate what our body can do. No longer should we look at a slice of cake and think, “Well, that’s forty-five minutes on the treadmill.” Instead, let’s challenge our body to drop those five pound weights and grab ten pounds, or higher.
