Schedule For the Week of May 2, 2016

I usually consider Wednesday my “rest” day…  Bwahaha!  Look at this week’s schedule.  Three classes!  I’ll be subbing FC HIIT for May this month, AND Cycle this week.  Yeah!  I cannot wait to sub Cycle.  This is a format I enjoy, but don’t get to teach much.  Come out if you are able.

Ole!   Our Cinco de Mayo class is ON this week as well on Thursday.  Skip your fiesta, for an hour and party with us, TABATA STYLE!  You know it is always a good time when we all get together for one of our par-tays.  I won’t be bringing chips or salsa, but I will be bringing a workout that will allow you to enjoy them later, if you so choose!

Also, there ARE classes on Saturday, May 8th…  Mother’s Day.  As moms, it is important that we take care of ourselves and keep our sanity.  Hope to see you then!
