Schedule For the Week of March 28, 2016

I’m baaaack!  It was absolute torture taking this past week off!  I cannot wait to get back and work out with my favorite people.  So, what’s the best way for me to come back?  By jumping in head first!  I have a fellow colleague that requested my assistance on Monday and I gladly accepted.  If you have ever wanted to try out P90X Live, you have three chances on Monday to do so!

The rest of the week is my normal schedule with the exception of Friday.  I will be subbing again.  So, I’m making up for my week off and burning off the energy that I’ve stored up for my amazing students.  I’ve missed you all so much!
