Schedule for the Week of February 15, 2016

How did you handle your Valentine’s Day?  Did you and your special someone make a weekend out of it and splurge?  Did you get chocolates and candy and devour it in one day?  Did that rich, fancy dinner weigh heavy on your stomach?  Or were you part of the Lonely Hearts Club and sat in front of Netflix while hugging a tub of popcorn and ice cream?

By this time of the year, people are giving up their resolutions and abandoning their hope for a better lifestyle.  DON’T GIVE UP!!!!  Whether it is the indulgence of “Fat Tuesday”, the emotional stimulation of Valentine’s Day or just the pressure of not having a plan; REASSESS!  We can do it together!!

Come to one of my classes, we can chat about your goals.  Part of reaching your goals is verbalizing them.  Maybe it begins with me telling you to add some weight while we are together or suggesting another GroupX class that can help you meet your goals.  I’m here to help you!
